Operation Template

An Operation Template is a predefined structure used in manufacturing processes to outline a set of standard operations required for producing a product. These templates streamline the production setup by allowing you to define repetitive tasks, resources, and time estimates involved in manufacturing activities.

Standardization: Ensures consistency in manufacturing operations across similar products.

Efficiency: Saves time by eliminating the need to re-enter operation steps for every manufacturing order.

Customization: Allows customization based on product type, production line, or complexity.

Managing Operation Templates

  1. Navigate to the Operation Template section under the Products menu to view the list of existing operation templates.

  1. To add a new template, click the "New Template" button located at the top right corner of the page.

  2. This will open a form to create a new operation template.

Create Operation Template
  1. Fill in all the required fields in the form and click Save to create the template.

  2. If the form is submitted successfully, a success message will be displayed on the listing page.

  3. If there is an error while submitting the form, an error message will appear on the form itself.

  4. You can manage the list of templates with the following actions:

    Edit: Modify the details of an existing template.

    Delete: Remove an operation template that is no longer needed.
