Reminders Dashboard​

  1. Click the Reminders menu from the main navigation to access the Reminder Dashboard.

  2. The dashboard contains two primary tabs: Days and Modules, each offering different types of reminder listings.

Days Tab – Day-wise Reminder List​

The Days tab categorizes reminders based on their schedule:

Reminder - Day wise

  • Today's Reminders Displays all reminders scheduled for the current day.

  • Upcoming Reminders (Tomorrow) Shows reminders scheduled for the next day.

  • This Week's Reminders (Monday – Sunday) Lists all reminders planned for the current week.

  • This Month's Reminders Displays reminders set for the current month.

  • Unread Reminders Contains reminders that are unread or missed by the user.

Modules Tab – Module-wise Reminder List​

The Modules tab categorizes reminders based on different operational modules.

Reminders - Modules wise

  • Purchase Reminders

    Includes all purchase-related reminders under the following sections:

    • Purchase Bills Overdue Reminders Shows overdue purchase bill reminders.

    • Purchase Bills Manual Reminders Displays reminders manually created for purchase bills.

    • Pay Bill Postdated Cheque Reminders Lists reminders related to postdated cheques for bill payments.

  • Sales Reminders

    • Sales Invoice Overdue Reminders Displays reminders for overdue sales invoices.

    • Sales Invoice Manual Reminders Contains manually created reminders for sales invoices.

    • Sales Receipt Postdated Cheque Reminders Shows reminders for postdated cheques received against sales receipts.

    • AMC & LMC Invoice Reminders Lists reminders for AMC and LMC-related invoices.

    • Sales Job Task Reminders Displays reminders related to sales job tasks.

  • Expense Reminders

    • Expense Payments Reminders Shows reminders for pending or upcoming expense payments.

    • Expense Bill Reminders Contains reminders related to expense bills.

  • Other Reminders

    • CRM Task Reminders Displays reminders related to CRM tasks.

    • Asset Maintenance Reminders Lists reminders for scheduled asset maintenance.

    • Asset License Certificate Reminders Shows reminders for asset license or certificate expiry.
