The ESI (Employees’ State Insurance) Summary Report provides a consolidated overview of contributions made by both employees and the employer towards the ESI scheme for a given month or selected period. This report ensures statutory compliance with Employees’ State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) regulations and serves as an essential document for payroll, HR, and compliance teams.

It highlights employee-wise wages, deductions, and employer contributions, making it easy to reconcile and prepare monthly challans for ESIC submission.

Report Fields

  • Employee ID – Unique identification code for each employee.

  • Employee Name – Full name of the employee.

  • ESI IP Number – Insurance Number allotted under ESIC.

  • Gross Wages (₹) – Employee’s gross wages considered for ESI calculation.

  • Employee Contribution (₹) – Contribution deducted from employee salary (currently 0.75%).

  • Employer Contribution (₹) – Contribution payable by employer (currently 3.25%).

  • Total Contribution (₹) – Combined amount of employee + employer contributions.

Month/Period – Reporting period for the contribution.
