Party Transaction Report

The Party Transaction Report in your ERP application provides a comprehensive record of all financial transactions made with a particular party (customer, vendor, or any business associate) over a selected period. This report serves as a detailed ledger for each party, allowing you to track payments, receipts, credits, debits, and outstanding balances.

It is useful for

  • Monitoring ongoing business relationships with parties.

Key Features

Party Information – Displays the party’s name, contact details, party type (Customer/Vendor), and GST/PAN number if available.

Transaction Date & Time – Captures the exact date and time of each transaction.

Transaction Type – Identifies the nature of the transaction (e.g., Invoice, Payment Received, Credit Note, Bill Payment).

Reference Number – Shows invoice number, bill number, or transaction ID for quick reference.

Debit/Credit Amount – Displays amounts added to or deducted from the party’s account.

Running Balance – Maintains a cumulative balance after each transaction.

Remarks/Notes – Allows additional information or transaction-specific notes.
